Perfectly placed hotel right in the centre of time square. The hotel was clean, modern with friendly and helpful staff. There is breakfast included, and although it was busy you didn’t have wait too Long to find somewhere to sit. Overall and excellent hotel with a great location

The hotel was in the perfect location for our overnight Broadway trip. The rooms were tiny which is what we expected in NYC, especially for the cost. The rooms were very clean though.😀 We would stay here again if traveling to the city for a short trip.

Great food but no place to sit to eat it

Although I have enjoyed staying at many Hampton Inns elsewhere, the NYC room was very small. The amount of food choices at the buffet was amazing, and the food was good. However, finding a place to sit and eat in the overcrowded dining space was a real challenge. 30+ floors of people trying to find a table to eat was really difficult.
