My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay, it is a pretty, modern and clean space. We stay just for a night but it has everything for longer stays. Will definitely reserve again in our visits to Guadalajara.

Room was good, only complaint and not really a complaint is the TV that is way too small for when wanting to watch it and not in a good spot. Great location for walkable food options, plenty of food and bar options.

Normally I don't do this type of reviews, however I want to leave my comments to help improve the quality of the hotel. A fairly comfortable clean room, however with a strong smell of pipe coming out of the toilet. The refrigerator never worked, I couldn't connect to the internet from the room. To report this situation, the front desk staff did not leave the cell phone if they continued to check Facebook and chat on WhatsApp. Good atmosphere, good hotel, too bad for small details.

Check in is at 3p and we waited in the lobby until then. When we entered the room we thought it was fine. We didn't really look at anything and we left for a meeting and then dinner. I noticed things after that. We had no water in the room so we had to go buy some. There was long hair all over the floor. And glitter was all over the rug and the sofa. Then I saw a used cotton swab next to the toilet, and it wasn't from us. Then I saw the front of the toilet with urine and hair on it. As I brushed my teeth, I felt water on my the top of my feet. I thought I was splashing. I was not. It was a water leak coming from inside the cabinet. I opened the cabinet door and there was dirty stinky water in the cabinet and black mold under it on the floor. While this was happening, my husband was outside with our dog. I pulled back the wrinkled bed covers and saw glitter and hair in the bed. Inside the sheets. A pillow case was yellowed and smelly from someone else's head. The person at the desk was gone when I went down. The next morning they were very nice and moved us to a new room. But it is very loud in the hotel all night long. Music. People banging on walls and things. We decided to leave a day early since we were not sleeping. They did not offer a refund for the 1st night in an uncleaned room. And we still had to pay a pet cleaning fee for the dirty room and for the night we didn't even stay.

Ubicación 10/10 Diseño 20/10 Estacionamiento propio y suficiente Tiene todo lo que necesitas es como rentar un depa Amueblado Son pet friendly El check in súper rápido Mi único punto es que deben mejorar la limpieza, a simple Vista se veía limpio pero había pelos de otras personas cuando llegamos por ejemplo en le baño como Cuando trapeas y los Dejas pegados no era al exagerados pero se veía el descuido y lo que si me incomodó fue el olor de las almohadas que era como cuando guardas la Ropa de cama Sin lavar y luego la sacas, no se veían sucias pero no creo que estuvieran lavadas. La Solución fue limpiarlas con toallitas de bebé y si se les quitó el aroma por lo demás me encantó y si volvería.
