What a lovely hotel with some of the best staff I have come across. My partner and I were celebrating 4 years together and they couldn't have made us feel any more special. The room and hotel are beautiful with a wood and eco-friendly theme. The staff were all super friendly, helpful and just amazing I honestly cannot fault the hotel at all, it's just amazing and I will definitly be back

What a great fine! Myself and 5 colleagues stayed here after a work event and we were all so impressed. Very quirky, clean and comfortable, the best nights sleep most of us had in a while! Great location, close to city centre and Manchester victoria, easy taxi ride to old Trafford. Staff were also great.

Pretty hotel, room was tiny so beware!! We had a King room which is a bit of a deceiving description to say the least! Room was clean but air con was a faff and the blinds were great for black out but weighed a ton! I wasn't strong enough to open them so hubby had to! Check in was also a faff- photo id and we had to leave a deposit for each night of our stay which wasn't made clear at booking. The bar is lovely but zero atmosphere. Quirky hotel but there are better hotels in Manchester!

Hotel was rather new. For nowadays standard the roof of room was not finished, which make me feel a little disappointed for the price. Also bathroom solution for controls and shower parts were quite challanging. Also the served breakfast was quite challanging for traveling as business. By other hand, the hotel itself is quite well located, very refreshing with style and personel was very friendly. I would suggest to those who travel with time.
