TERRIBLE SERVICE

We arrived in Chicago and 15 minutes after our arrival our hotel canceled our stay. We were in a city where we knew no one and had plans to go to a show. All other hotels were either booked or $900+. There was absolutely no one to help and this was unacceptable.

Place was amazing! Loved the view from the 5th floor. Only suggestion is make sure the elevator works before you book. Would definitely book again and would love my same space. 10/10. Check for elevator though, or pack light.

The central location was pretty cool. The biggest unfortunate circumstance is that we were on the 4th floor and the elevators didn’t work. The parking is scarce and had to park in a lot that was a few blocks down. Didn’t know how to work the washer/dryer.

One night - in and out for CC! Lowest priced hotel when the tickets dropped — thought they had parking — they did not — it was not impossible to find free street parking though. Will stay here probably anytime I come to the city! Very pleased
