I loved the staff and the views. Plus having AC is amazing. I love Carol in the AM as she was amazing and super friendly and professional. I would come back and stay here again! Loved the rooftop bar too that was amazing.

Really good breakfast. Comfy room. Great view. Our room wasn’t cleaned for days despite putting the please clean out room tag on the door. We have a baby in nappies, we need our bin emptied. Also ran out of toilet roll, not restocked for a week’s stay.

Fint hotell med otroligt fin frukost med allt man kan tänka sig. Personalen är trevliga. Skön säng med fin utsikt över GBG. Prisvärt! Visst fanns det några få nackdelar: något smutsigt på rummet, intryckt badkar i litet badrum va inte optimalt, svindyr minibar samt ingen egen parkering (360:-/dygn i park-hus i närheten. Sedan inget som hotellet kan göra något åt.. men det är en arbetsbyggnads plats runt hela hotellet.

Incheckningen var inte bra. Otrevlig personal (förutom Lisa), extremt sen tillgång till rummet, inga frågor om bonusprogram eller ev förmåner. Då vi skulle ta med hunden valde jag den kategori av rum som stod som hundtillåten, vilket var dyrare än ordinarie rum. Det hade så klart varit helt ok men nu fick jag dessutom betala ytterligare 300 på plats för att ha hunden i det dyrare hundtillåtna rummet, så det blev dubbla kostnader för hunden. Vid incheckningen fick vi vänta till efter utsatt tid för att man höll på att förbereda för hunden med hundsäng, dock fanns ingen hundsäng på rummet så det var lögn. Rummet var fint och stort, skön säng och fantastisk ac. Fina allmänna utrymmen. Frukosten hade stort utbud men allt var smaklöst. Det är också väldigt irriterande att maten börjar plockas bort en kvart innan frukosten är slut. Vi hade så mycket högre förväntningar på ett nyöppnat och fint och dyrt hotell.
