The hotel is luxurious and the service was excellent at meeting our needs with items that aren’t standardly in room. The staff is very friendly. You must try the breakfast buffet. The location is very walkable to the marina castle, restaurants, and the city center.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers a fantastic Cretan breakfast with local delicacies and fresh honeycomb that really set the tone for each day. The location is superb—just a 10-minute drive from the airport, right by the ferry, and only a short walk from great local restaurants. The rooftop pool and restaurant were a highlight, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room had a comfy bed and a spacious shower, making it extra comfortable. Free parking was another big plus for convenience - as was the friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect base in Crete!

Megaron Hotel is a truly elegant, classical place, everything felt well cared for. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooftop restaurant offers a lovely view, and the small pool there is a perfect spot to relax. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and breakfest was amazing.
