Hotel was ok, room was up to a reasonable standard but was very dusty on furniture. Biggest problem was the restaurant is closed on a Monday and a Tuesday, this wasn't pointed out at time of booking. This resulted in a 5 mile drive to the nearest pub for food which was not ideal.

The owner was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for me.
Room was comfortable and more than enough size for my needs. Got a bit confused with the TV as I couldn't get life tv but many apps were there to stream programs and films. Cooked breakfast was excellent.

Room v small (comfort double) but fine for single traveller.
Breakfast was really nice, served up by a good front of house host.
A bit of a remote location and pub closes at 930pm.

Lovely and quiet friendly village pub
Very clean but would have liked a chair in the room to sit on although in all fairness there probably wouldn’t have been enough room for one
Will definitely stay again if I am in the area
Unfortunately did not have breakfast as I had to leave early but based on everything else I am sure it would have been excellent
Highly recommend this place
