Muito bom, super recomendo

Me hospedei no dia 09/07/2025 até 11/07/2025, peguei um quarto com uma varanda com a vista para o Cristo , excelente, quarto bem limpo, utensílios importantes como: coberta, toalha, tv , frigobar, shampoo, secador de cabelo entre outros. O quarto estava com a cortina meio defeituosa mas nada que atrapalhasse. O local externo ainda precisa de uma reforma para trazer mais lazer, tirando isso foi uma experiência incrível, super recomendo

Experiência em Serra Negra

Fiquei no 6B é voltado para a garagem, então os carros que chegavam na madrugada, no primeiro dia incomodou um pouco. O quarto é bem simples, e o local é bem perto do centro, só não dá pra ir de mala da Rodoviária até o Prédio por causa da subida expressiva. Mas sem mala, dá pra ir de boa! No quarto que fiquei não tem vista para as montanhas, pra isso tu tem que sair do seu quarto e ir na corredor dos quartos que tem vista. Em resumo, é prático e nada de excepcional! O chuveiro é muito bom, água quente e sem miséria!

Razoável pelo custo x benefício

Estadia razoável, levando em consideração custo x benefício. O local é um prédio com aparência externa de abandonado/antigo, está em reforma e por isso tem bastante barulho e está um pouco desorganizado. Passa longe de parecer hotel ou pousada. O quarto em si é aceitável, mas não tem serviço de quarto e você mal vê o recepcionista. A localização é boa, mas como fica em uma parte mais alta, para idosos ou pessoas com restrições é melhor pegar o carro para ir até o centro (coisa de 5min ou menos até).

As fotos estavam muito mais bonitas do que pessoalmente, hotel em reforma, quarto sem ar condicionado e sem opção de café da manhã por um preço assustador. O atendente foi muito educado e atencioso, tinha tudo pra ser uma experiência melhor.

Estadia foi confortavel. Ótima localização, boa privacidade, quartos lindos e limpos. Apenas as cobertas não me agradaram, cheiravam a mofo e eram apenas mantas, não ha cobertas para casal. Pedi outras e vieram cheirando a cigarro. Mas de resto, indico a pousada, pois cobre todas as nossas necessidades.

Foi muito ruim. O predio estava em reforma e havia demasiado barulho. NUNCA havia ninguém para te atender, tanto que o "gerente" disse que se não houvesse ninguem ali no checkout era para deixar a chave na caixa de correio. Na primeira noite não havia água na torneira nem no chuveiro. O hotel chama-se Edificio Barros mas os emais e notificações vem com assinatura Pousada Ar da Montanha. Enfim não gostei e nao recomendo
