Clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Fantastic location near a lot of great bars and restaurants. Multiple convenient public transit options. Remote support agents are VERY responsive. If I had to find something to complain about, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated hot and cold quite a bit, but that's hardly a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a trendy neighborhood, but the hotel is not too busy. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transit. It's a decent enough budget hotel with good communication and easy self check-in. Could have been a touch cleaner, but overall it was a comfortable room with nice amenities.

Boxi Berlin

The apartments are in what is described as a ‘trendy’ area of Berlin. The area is safe and has numerous restaurants, eateries and bars. You could spend a weekend in the area as it’s so nice and laid back. The transportation links are excellent, with a direct train to the airport and numerous trains and trams to the main station. My only down side was it needed air conditioning but a fan is provided. Overall…very, very good!

Property didn't provide enough bedding for our party of three, even though we booked a room suitable for four. Staff was contacted but said they couldn not do anything about it so someone slept without and bedding or a pillow. Very poor experience, considering we were charged 20€ for the third person.
