Location Can’t Make Up for the Issues

The only real pro was the location. Cons include a foul smell from the bathroom drain, choppy Wi-Fi, loud construction noise within the building, and no air conditioning which made the stay very uncomfortable. The soap and toiletry supply was minimal—barely usable—so we had to purchase our own. Despite communicating in advance, we were charged extra for kids, and the hosts deliberately waited until the last moment to bring it up, leaving us with no choice but to pay.

We stayed four nights. It was wonderful, very centric in the middle of all the boutiques, close to everything, it was extremely clean, breakfast was delicious and the rooms beautiful and comfortable. The staff was very nice and attentive. We plan to stay there again in our next time in Florence.
