Such a good location in Split. Easy walk to eating places and attractions. Beautiful ocean views, a bonus. We were greeted and had an explanation of the property and how to access it. We were also given an extensive list of places to eat - which was useful. Room was very clean and air con worked well. A small fridge was a bonus to keep drinks/food if needed. There is no lift in the building, which may be a problem for some. Would happily stay here again.

The room was very modern, updated, and comfortable. The location is excellent -- right on the Riva just steps to the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, with a direct view of the harbor. Yet it was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well, which was very appreciated during the heat of July-August. Karlo gave us good suggestions for restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great location in Split on the Promenade and within the walls of the old town. Great base for exploring Split and day trips from Split. All communication was on whats app and very quick.

The apartment was beautifull! Very clean and well designed and decorated. And the location right on the Riva was fantastic. Easy walking to everything - waterfront restaurants, the old town, ferries, bus, the open market. The only negative is the entry area. It’s in an unlit, dark alley with graffiti, kind of scary, especially at night. And the stairwell to the room is grimy with some graffiti too. So we were very apprehensive at our first impression, and pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the actual room was! Would definitely stay there again.

Unit was perfect, well located in Split! Our hosts were great, arranged pick up from the airport (separate cost) and provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations. We tried a few and they were all good. Everything was very clean, quiet unit despite being on the Riva! Our only comment would be to upgrade the towels and/or provide a second set.

Very nice room in a super convenient location in the heart of Old Town on the Riva waterfront. But understand that it's not a hotel with a lobby or regular service - it's an individual bedroom with a bathroom. And it's on the 4th floor so pack light!

Absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean and comfy and the view was fantastic. Ivica was very helpful, he provided a list of recommendations and helped set me up with an early airport transfer so I didn't have to worry about anything. Simply one of the best locations you can find in Split. Whichever way you turn, you are right in the middle of it. Everything is at your feet plus the ocean view is just fantastic. We were greeted by Karlo and he explained everything regarding the property and provided a list of restaurants, places of interest and activities you can do. Very well received. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up a number of stairs/floors which was a surprise. There is no lift. When you are not travelling light, sure does take it out of you. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. Only thing I would say, it would have been nice to have more towels and pillows. I would be more than happy to stay there again.

Perfect location! We didn’t realize this room was in an old building without an elevator, so we had to carry our 50lbs suitcase up five flights. Also, there isn’t any turn down service - no one cleans the room and if you need clean towels you have to text the owners. The owners are very responsive on WhatsApp though and got us what we needed. The bathroom is very small and there isn’t enough counter space. The room is spacious for two people and two suitcases. The property is right on the main strip you have access to everything. I’d stay here again!
