O hotel é bonito, tudo novinho, quarto espaçoso e cama muito confortável. O banheiro espaçoso com chuveiro bom. O café da manhã é muito bom com muita variedade ( só o ovo frito que é muito ruim rsrs). Os funcionários são simpáticos. A academia é boa com o básico necessário. A localização é muito boa, próxima dos pontos de interesse. Não gostamos do Wi-Fi que era praticamente inexistente e a arrumação do quarto que ocorria muito tarde, tanto que em um dos dias ficamos sem arrumação. Ficamos no décimo andar e o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar pois o barulho incomodou em alguns momentos.

O quarto tem bastante branco, então o aspecto geral da limpeza é bom. A cama é king size e o cobertor bem fofo, mas o colchão é muito duro. O quarto bem espaçoso, tem uma cadeira acolchoada, mesa e cadeira simples. Também possui frigobar. A tv tem uma funcionalidade difícil, mas o som é ótimo, não consegui acesso ao streaming. O banheiro tem blindex, mas o box não é muito grande. Adorei a iluminação, tanto no quarto, como no banheiro, é possível ligar só os leds e o quarto não fica no escuro. No banheiro, existe um espelho pequeno que facilita pra maquiagem. As toalhas, porém são meio duras. O quarto é frio, mesmo com janelas lacradas, ele tem uma corrente de ar gelada. Na recepção foram muito solícitos, bem como quando pedi limpeza do quarto, tudo bem rápido. Tive um incidente que a arrumadeira abriu a porta do quarto sem bater, mas não acho que chegou a comprometer. O café da manhã é muito diversificado, inclusive com opções veganas, sucos, pães, iogurte, e tudo parecia bem fresco.
