For the most part the hotel is nice, reception super nice. Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not swept or cleaned. Shower was full of hair from previous client, toilet rim stained with pee.

Staff was excellent. I chose this hotel because of the review rating. The room smelled strange, sheets on both beds had yellow stains. Beds had hair balls on them. It was just in general dirty. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. When the neighbor went to the bathroom, we got a hint of urine aroma. Not good. Went be back

The hotel facility is of a low standard. The AC/heating does not work effectively. There are not enough electric outlets. The shower water is small. The desk is too simple. The check-in process was complicated and a 100 peso deposit was required for the TV control. The complimentary breakfast is OK.

Do not stay here

I frequently stay at inexpensive hotels, but this place is terrible. There is a lot of noise from both the traffic outside and guests inside. In my room I could easily hear conversations in the lobby. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The heater didn't work well, and the light on the unit illuminated the entire room. There were no hand or face towels... just two bath towels that were as rough as sand paper. And the worst part: the cleanliness... Even though there was a notice on the toilet that it was sanitized, there was a huge black hair right on top. And look at the photo... I used a towel to wipe the bottom of the shower! Disgusting!

La regadera de la habitación no funcionaba pero nos cambiaron de habitación y todo bien. La chica de recepción fué muy amable y en realidad todo estuvo bien a excepción del ruido en la mañana. Había una chica hablando y riendo cerca de recepción y se escuchaba hasta las habitaciones. Eso fué muy molesto.

Lo unico bueno del hotel es su desayuno.

Queda lejos de todo , el hotel es muy ruidoso todo se escucha nada de privacidad , no sale agua de la regadera , una noche no dejaron dormir estaban dando martillazos dejaron la entrada principal sola ssin nadie que vigilara y abierta la puerta .

La pata de la cama rota, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero estaba sucia (sabanas manchadas y muchos cabellos en ellas). Muy amable la recepcionista, nos dio sábanas limpias para cambiarlas, ya que era dia 1 de Enero y no habia personal. El hotel sirve en mi opinión de paso solamente.
