The staff are friendly and helpful Breakfast is good I booked a basic room which was nice but was near a nightclub the noise was horrendous till 2 am But they did upgrade me Deluxe suite in the newer quieter area My advice book the Deluxe suite Ps Expedia had the wrong GPS location for this hotel on booking conformation wrong by 14 kilometres !!!!!

1 unique thing about this property was rhe interior. The design is very nice and the staff clean our bedrooms and they looked as good as new.bad odour coming from entrance of the building, was noisy at night. Not much choice for breakfast.

The hotel itself is in decent location but the service is quite down not as I expected, The staff they tried their best but having staff doesn't speak other language at least English is quite so difficult of the communication specially the reception. Please at your wifi issue also specially in the top floors.

Lots of potential but ……….

Room was lovely and large but very dark - not enough light to get ready. Air con wasn’t good compared with our second room and the staff do not speak any English so can not help with any issues. Comes with breakfast but it’s a Turkish breakfast and limited - never ate but lots of lively restaurants around so wasn’t a problem and you get a discount is resident at the hotel. Although there were issues it was still a nice place to stay and love Sarigerme as a plac.

Otele girişten itibaren tüm çalışanlar nazik yardımsever ve güler yüzlü idi. Yorumları okuyarak kötü yorumlar nedeniyle korkarak gittiğimiz otel bize mükemmel bir ev sahipliği yaptı. Konumu iyi, temizlik süper, küçük ama yeterli bir havuz, plaj servisi ve sabah çıtır ve sıcak poğaça böreklerle birlikte yeterli ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı sizleri bekliyor. Resepsiyonda iyi karşılandık odamızı yerini tarif ettiler valizlerimizi alıp odamıza çıktık o da temizliği genel olarak iyiydi yalnız otelin barında gece 2.00 3.00'e kadar yüksek sesle müzik vardı dolayısıyla uyumak zor oldu kahvaltısı yeterliydi otelin sahilde de şezlongları vardı gece ses haricinde genel olarak otel iyiydi plaja da ücretsiz servisleri vardı

Otel gayet güzel temiz ve nezih bir lokasyondaydı. Genel olarak herşey çok güzeldi. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı Asansör arızalıydı eşyalarımızı çıkarırken biraz zorlandık.Ama bu durumu çok önemsemedik.Genel olarak çok keyif aldığımız 1 hafta geçirdik. Göz açıp kapayana kadar geçti. Hotels den aldığımız hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Bu güzel tatile vesile olduğunuz için teşekkür ederiz🙏🙏
