Very clean. Wonderful, helpful couple running the place. Beds comfortable. Enjoyed the kitchen area as I love to cook, except the sink is so small. Nice closet area. My labrador enjoyed her walks in the area very much. One of our favorite restaurants right next door. Very close to the Brohard Paw Beach. My only complaint is nothing the hotel can do anything about... the road traffic noise drove me nuts. My partner said it didn't bother him at all.

Hidden Gem!

Stayed here because it was close to dog beach and tired of “box” hotels! We will stay again. Loved close restaurant, pool, deck, river, walking paths and overall atmosphere!

The property is very well maintained and clean. Old Florida mom and pop kind of place that’s in a great location. The room had all of the amenities that are needed. Debbie and Shawn were great and they take pride in their work and it shows.

We loved everything about this property. Location, proximity to the beach and shops downtown Venice. The pool was great with excellent water views. We also rented e bikes right from the front desk. To top it off we got a check in Matia! We will be back for sure

The property is well kept. Super clean, and the Tiki vibe makes you feel like you’re staying in Hawaii. The bike trial is basically in the same parking lot. They have a mini putt area, nice pool overlooking the canal with an entertaining deck for BBQs and hangout. I recommend and we will be back!
