The staff at Muong Village are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and well presented. The outdoors are stunning and the pool was very welcoming and delicious to swim in after a long day of activities. Bikes are free to use as well which makes it easier to get around. You may have to use Grab though for longer trips unless you like and can ride a motorcycle.

Staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and and did not provide good service. Offered breakfastbag when we had a early departure, but had forgot about it, and when we asked about it they, made food to three out of four(we said it’s missing one, but they said it’s two in one of the bags, wich was untrue). It’s also horrific to see how the treat there dogs, keeps them in a small metal cage, all day and all night in the glowing sun. We talked to the frontdesk, they said they would see to them, but nothing happend. We did report them to animal protection services localy. The location is realy beautiful, but a little remote, and the rooms where nice. The pool is much smaller than in the pictures.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. The views are simply breathtaking, and the rooms are beautifully designed—comfortable, clean, and full of charm. We loved the little extras too: free bikes for exploring the area, affordable motorbike rentals, relaxing massage services, convenient laundry, and even cooking classes. Every detail added to an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Clean and Comfortable

Our room was very comfortable and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Blue went through everything we needed to know in the room and was always ready to help. The availability of bicycles was fantastic and made our stay even better. Blue provided us with a map of the area and special sites to check out. Overall our stay was great and would stay again.

Gorgeous picturesque property. Huge cabana. Kind thoughtful staff. Recommend everyone to stay here if they want a little space and quiet from the bustle. There are bicycles to borrow and motorbikes on property to rent for cheap.

Peaceful place, perfect to explore Ninh Binh

A peaceful place with nice cabins. Although the place feels kinda remote it’s located in the perfect spot to explore the area. We went everywhere with the free bikes the hotel offered, but they also have scooters and car service. Simple but okay breakfast and dinner opportunities. Nice and helpful staff.

Blue is THE best!

We came in the off season (winter) and this place was stiff beautiful! Blue is really what made our trip so special. He was attentive to our needs and made sure we were taken care of. Muong was a nice quiet getaway from the city. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about this hotel. Nestled in a valley surrounded by beauty it was a peaceful, calm retreat but walking distance to food and attractions. Staff was attentive and courteous and breakfast was perfect to start the day. A definite choice when looking in this area.

Muong Village Ninh Binh is a hidden gem. I loved the views from the large windows of my spacious and comfortable room. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel offers free bike rental, and it was very easy to go to Trang An and Mua Cave viewpoints (my two favorites). I could also bike easily to Tam Coc which was a little bit further. It was a relaxing stay. It’s beautiful by day and night.

definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Vietnam, the peacefulness, harmony with the local people and the small lake with swans, ducks, gish, etc. combined with nutritious/delicious including “vegetarian” food, service with a smile and a constant attitude of pleasing the hotel guests make for a fabulous stay! Will definitely be back again and recommend this to anyone who wants to explore the Ninh Binh & ancient capital Hao Lu region, or just a charming, rustic getaway from the intensity of Hanoi or Ho Chi Min City! 👏👍

Amazing place

This is the most beautiful place I’ve been, the surroundings are spectacular, it is away enough from the town that is very quiet which is what I was looking for, but it is also a quick grab ride away and it is easy to use grab, we had no issues getting where we wanted. The room was very comfortable and staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant is ok, I would def recommend walk to the village (less than 10min walk) to get food, there are great restaurants (our favorite was Skyline) and the staff can give you recommendations. I would love to come back to this place.

I had a lovely stay here. It is secluded and away from the main road. It is very quiet (unless there is a large group staying here). It is a bit far from Tam Coc but you can easily reach that area by bicycle in 30 minutes. Breakfast was surprisingly good and filling. Close to Trang An Boat tour. Great place to relax and sit by the pool.

Overall, it was exactly what we were looking. Out of town and quiet. We stayed 3 nights. There were several dining options within walk if you do not mind walking. We ate once in town using a scooter that we rented. It's probably time to renew the scooters and bikes but they do work. The shower in our room had a small hot water tank which they explain upon arrival. However, it was only my wife and I and we managed with no problem. Breakfast could use made to order options, but it works if you are not a big breakfast person. The place was a value for the price we paid. The environment was really nice.

Solo traveler. Blue and his team were great hosts very attentive. Blue specifically went out of his way to make sure I was OK every day because I was travelling alone - very thoughtful and kind of him. Lovely quiet little scenic village. About 0mins drive to get to Tam Coc where all the travellers stay. This location suited me more as I was looking for quiet and serene. The rooms were surrounded by mountains and a small lake right outside the rooms. Beautiful at night when the moon shines down, beautiful in the morning when the sun comes up. Breakfast was adequate, but some may say limited choice but it was fine for me in my opinion. Rooms are big. There is no TV in room but it did not bother me as I dont watch TV anyway. But just something for others to be aware of. I my opinion it's a 10/10 for me. In terms of service, location and relaxation.

Amazing stay at Muong= STAFF was GREAT + VIEWS

American tourist review here: I had the most pleasant of experiences at Muong Village. This was the first time for me visiting Vietnam and visiting this area for the Trang An tours and I am 100% glad we stayed at Muong Village. Service was 5/5 stars, room was 5/5 stars, the view and ambiance was 5/5 stars, and the staff was the highest rating I could give if possible. We arrived early to the property via Limo Bus from Hanoi and the girl at the front desk let us store our bags and rent a motorbike straight from the property. We went to the Trang An tours and came back and she checked us in and gave us plenty of times and restaurants to go around. After checking in, we were led to the room by the lovely staff and they broke down the room and all the ammenities. We had a mishap where we had a huge spider in our room (LOL) and neither of us wanted to deal with it. We went to the front desk to explain how much sissies we were and they laughed and came to help us move the spider back outside no problem. Thank you for saving my life. I almost died from that spider. Checking out couldn't have been easier and we had a great breakfast that was included that had american style breakfast and PHO! PHO WAS BANGER- I had two plates. I will gladly come here again on my next visit to Ninh Binh.

Beautiful bungalows in quiet surroundings

Amazing bungalows built around a cute little lake with frogs, geese and ducks. Super comfy bed and spacious room. Terrace for chilling out. Has a lovely pool and an onsite restaurant. Breakfast had lots of different options and plenty of fruit. Loved the quiet remote location. Can be a bit of a wait for a Grab but it's ok. Bikes and scooters for rent. Really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave!
