Room itself was okay. Spacious and beds were comfortable. Area at night had some homeless hanging around the parking lot so I’d make sure to lock vehicles. Hotel is close to restaurants and gas stations. Bathroom has no lock at all which is odd.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to the business we were taking care of in PHX. We happened to be at ther property the day after the big dust/rain storm. At check-in, the reception clerk said the pool was dirty, but it should be cleaned that day. The pool was dirty from the storm throughout our stay Tues thru Thurs. The grounds of the property were nice. Layout of the bathroom was strange too.

Really well done and unique property! Rooms were very comfortable, pool and outside areas are nice for hanging out and protected from the outside. I’d definitely stay here again. It is a sweet little motor hotel, cute courtyard with a nice pool. Great AC, my room stayed a comfortable 72 degrees the whole time. Comfortable bed. I liked the bidet feature. Friendly staff. It was exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.
