I don't like the service of staff, for the 5 days I stayed there they didn't come and change sheets from the bed.

the Guesthouse is close to a nice park and at walking distance to the shops.
Staff were helpful.
My luxury room came with double bed, tv (couldn't really watch any channels), separate bathroom with shower, no curtain, basin and toilet. the bed was comfy the shower was hot only half of the time and the pressure also wasn't very strong. The bedroom windows were facing the guesthouse carpark witch can be a bit noisy at times.
Water is not suitable for drinking but they sell it at the reception for 1 usd for 1,5 liters.
I didn't see any kitchen facilities but they are supposed to have a microwave available for the guest or the ability to order food at the reception.

This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hôtels like that.
