Great Area , Decent Hotel.

Located in a good area close to local shops, pubs and eateries, as well as close tube stations for ease of getting around. Hotel is basic , simple and rooms fairly compact but perfectly fine as a base for London activities. Would stay again.

As a family with children, I recommend staying on the first floor because there is no elevator in the hotel. When we checked in, our room was set as the 4th floor, but fortunately, our room was changed to the 1st floor in the following days. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was very helpful. We would like to stay again on our next trip.

Be aware there is no lift and to our room was 60 steep steps!! At our age we were breathless! The room is very small (33) and hot , bed was comfortable, seemed clean Breakfast was a bit sparse

The problem was the room at the top of the building 6 flights of stairs so don't take huge amounts of luggage it will take maximum effort and the windows !!!!! Rattle and bang honestly it would of been quieter sleeping under a tree in Hyde park.
