Single bed room for 2 nights, very compact but still nice and quite modern room. Hotel room was situated on the opposed building, but was not a problem. Did not order breakfast, it was served in the main building, in a quite small space. That was also the only place to work after the room checkout

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Little noisy as train line outside but we were so tired we didn’t really hear it. Was able to leave bags in storage so we could go out the next day and then come back and collect them later. Short walk to Victoria station and underground

It was less than £100 so I can't complain too much. It's small and noisy if you don't like constant trains (didn't bother me) its spotlessly clean to be fair. Fine for one night is my advice.

Good stay, Great staff

We arrived a day late for our reservation (airline problems from the U.S.). The staff was wonderfully accommodating, made sure we were comfortable and tough our stay was considered a “no show,” the staff made it a point to find a room for us and even checked us in early (2 hrs). The rooms are small, but upon reservation, you know that. My wife and I were comfortable and easily fit 3 large suitcases, plus carry-ons with room to maneuver. This hotel is central to most things, it’s less than a 10min walk to Buckingham Palace and other sites. This was a good 3 days stay for us

Very small room for two people. Barely enough room for luggage. Windows are not double glazed which is a huge problem given the proximity to the train station. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast options were extremely poor and very bad food quality.

The room was comfortable but not very large. No refrigerator or lift. We ended up in a separate building around the corner from the main lobby area. This felt like a rented room not hotel. Only thing we used the main lobby was to store luggage when leaving after check out.

Convenient hotel, recently refurbished

Comfortable bedroom in basement, had all mod cons, not luxurious but modern and clean, recently refurbished . Felt a bit of train rumble as very close to Victoria but this did not disturb my sleep. Very convenient location for exploring London.

Short queen size beds

Queen size bed is 185cmx130cm which is a bit too small if you are 190cm and the pillow is big. Breakfast is NOT included in the price. 3 persons in room was really good. The single bed was almost like in a separate room on the other side of the room 505. Good reception personal. Luggage room. Safe and nice surrounding. You can hear trains, but not a problem. Same sound level as the the few cars on the street.

An ok hotel let down by very noisy rooms.

This is an ok hotel, small but clean and well. Appointed rooms. There seems to be two sides perhaps, I wasn't in the main building (room 11). The room was very noisy being right next to the tracks 2ith trains running until very late and from early in the morning. The people walking around on very creaky floorboards above, and folks slamming doors and shouting at 6.30am. Sadly, the breakfast was very poor with soggy sausage rolls and what I assume was processed scrambled egg along with some boiled eggs being the only hot food.

Good value in a central location

The hotel was perfectly located for us being so close to Victoria station as we had an early morning flight from Gatwick (reached via train from Victoria). For the price we paid we were impressed with the quality. The only thing that brought down the rating was that we had a couple wheels on our case that were damaged in our flight and although we appreciated the assistance taking the heavy bag up 3 flights of stairs, they did make me wheel worse in the process and also when we reached the room it had a slightly funky smell. Overall really good though and would return.

Great comfortable but not too expensive hotel very near to Victoria coach station. Very clean room and very comfortable bed (nice firm mattress). Quiet despite its proximity to a main railway line. Continental breakfast was very good given the price (though the breakfast room was slightly cramped) and I was able to store my luggage for free and securely (I was given a luggage tag).
