The hotel and its staff are wonderful! We were walking distance from the two main shopping malls. The area around the hotel is definitely third world, overly populated and lots of vendors, but everyone is super nice!! We felt safe walking to and from the malls and you just have to be aware of your surroundings or you could get run over by a moped or car. The food in the hotel was delicious!

the staff is amazing. Always super helpful. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and feeling hungry. Reception staff Jeffery advised me on where I can get food and then later surprised me with traditional food even though kitchen was closed. Breakfast is free but not very nice, gym is small.

Stayed for 3 nights in a triple room. Room amenities were in very good condition, more than ample TV channel selection. Location is Dana, lots of street food nearby and short walk to Sarinyah department store and public transit. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had good selection and varied by day. Would stay here again!

Very pleased with my stay. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The room was very clean and well kept. On the breakfast it has local menu plus scrambled eggs, salads fruits, cereals. I prefer boiled eggs and the kitchen staff was very kind to prepare boiled eggs for me every day. I recommend this place.

The hotel is located in a street with many food stalls. You get a taste of the life of the locals. The room had no refrigerator or minibar, which I didn't like. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was nothing special.

Nice chaos!!

Staff were friendly and room was excellent. Breakfast left me m with some wanting but i guess that the typical indonesian hotels’ breakfast spread so no comment there neither. Would i recommend the hotel? Absolutely particularly if one does not mind the fanfare of jakarta roadside hawkers. Well done Ashley Tang!!!!!

Nice & Clean Give Breakfast a Miss

The hotel itself was very clean and well presented. It’s in a rundown street, however it’s very beautiful as you walk in. They advertised a Queen Size Bed but it was very small. 160cm. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was in a dark room. I needed to use my phone torch to see the food. It was very basic and there wasn’t much on offer. Although the property was clean and staff were friendly I wouldn’t stay in the hotel again.

When is arrived all was ok. The staff was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to >10mins Sarinah (local shopping center), and ~20mins Grand Indonesia and Indonesia Plaza (shopping malls). But when I went to go to sleep the linen wasn't clean. The front desk offered to move me to a smaller room because housekeeping wasn't available (it was about 10pm). So I told them bring the sheets and I will change the linen. I guess the front desk guy felt bad because he came and helped me change them. I thought the sheets were dirty but the mattress protector underneath was really filthy. It had urine like stains etc... needless to say I was grossed out. The staff put pudding snack as an apology in my room the next day. Also if you order grab food (like Uber eats). Go downstairs immediately to pickup or meet the driver. As my food was taken from the front desk.
