Very friendly and professional woman on reception. I felt reassured she would help us if needed. I also liked a certain quirkiness about some of the communal furnishings - the place has character. It was also only 10 or 15 minutes' walk to the train station, so brilliant for getting a flight from Bergamo. Very good value.

In general my stay was okay. However when I reserved the room it said they had machines to do laundry. However when I checked in they said they didn’t had any washing machines. That is the only problem I encountered. In general is a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. Please adopt for your guests for future. Thanks...
