well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers. The place is very calm , serene and beyond beautiful.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. They made a beautiful birthday cake for us. The food is extremely high quality and very generous portions. Ahmed was there at every mealtime and also at the pool bar to make sure we did not want for anything - thank you Ahmed - you made our stay very memorable

Pretty nice place in Sahl Hasheesh (20 car minutes from Hurghada). Very safe (lot's of security around this area) good service (you can book trips and everything directly in the lobby). One good restaurant is pretty close to the hotel. If you want more you have to get into the Sahl Hasheesh center (5 car minutes) where also the beach is. The food in the hotel is not super good thats why we went to other places in the evening.

Very quiet and calm area. The service is excellent. They put more energy on the design rather than the taste. Food is below average. Aircondition is noisy, but able to sleep with balcony door open. Everyone has positive energy and welcoming attitude. And always very helpful. Pool and beach beautiful. Thank you for a nice stay. See you again.

Rooms are very clean, tea coffee water provided in room, no hairdryer in bathroom, but irons, hairdryer on request, tv, mini bar. No beach on site, but its wallkable by 15 mins, or a car from morning to sunset to take you, small bar on the beach, sea a bit rocky shoes good idea. swimming pools across the road 2 mins, nice pool sea view,small bar. restaurant nice, all inclusive is available but its a set menu but there is a good choice, breakfast is a very nice buffet style, we had good service in restaurant from Ibrahim worth a mention as hes always serving not standing around. Nice hotel for relaxing, would have to take a taxi if wanted any nightlife, but a few bars in saal hasheesh 15 mins walk. overall we really enjoyed our stay,and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and exceptionally nice.

Note on the website elevator only from third floor up. A lot of stairs for the elderly or handicapped. Provide proper rails for the outside stairs. Add rails in the bathroom for safety and support.

We booked a deluxe room with a queen bed weeks in advance. Upon arrival, we were told there were no queen rooms available. Instead, we were given a room with two single beds. Staff said they would “make it one bed,” but the beds were just pushed together, leaving a gap between them, so my partner and I slept on separate beds. The beds were worn out, the sheets had makeup stains, and the entire room was filthy. The floor was covered in dust, dirty shower, grimy toilet with two half-used rolls of toilet paper, and a clogged basin. Water from the shower flooded the entire bathroom. The water from the basin was brown, the reception said there waa nothing they could do The wifi didn’t work, when we complained, we were told to just keep turning it on and off, it never worked. We asked to have our room cleaned, but were told the cleaners had already gone home. Dinner was another disaster. The menu was uninspiring, so we tried pizza, but it was bizarrely crispy and tasted awful. When we went back to our room, the AC had turned into a heater. Two staff members stayed in our room until 1am trying to fix it, without success. Asked for another room, we were told there weren’t any available, not even a fan was offered. We had to sleep in suffocating heat, in the desert. The manager didn't care. Thanks to Expedia support staff who stayed in contact with us, helping us out because the manager didn't give a damn. We left after one night, out of 3 nights.

The hotel room itself is fine. Not overly big, has a good size shower, no bathtub, no hair dryers. Nice ocean view balcony, not cramped, with two chairs and a small table. The housekeeper was good, under the bed could use some cleaning, I know because I lost my sunglasses. It’s a 2km walk to the private beach area. They have a driver until 7pm. Bring your water shoes, it is rocky. Snorkel gear would be great as well. Drinks on the beach are reasonably priced. There is a small strip mall with a small supermarket and pharmacy at the beach area also. There is nothing at the hotel itself except the restaurant- breakfast is fine, lunch/dinner menu is the same, wait staff are inattentive and argued with each other often. There are no elevators at this hotel, my room was on the fourth floor, pack light. These resorts are quite remote be prepared to rent a vehicle or get a taxi or Uber. Our cab driver was great Adel 0101 219 3921

Le personnel est super et c’est ce qui permet d’oublier le reste… entre la chambre vétuste et très sale ( je n’attends pas d’une chambre qu’elle soit un bloc opératoire ) mais les rideaux et murs tachés et la moitié du mobilier cassé… la nourriture du buffet est passable Celle du restaurant est horrible L’eau payante je trouve ça moyen aussi Et sinon on paye une nuit sur le site à un prix et on se retrouve à payer le double à l’hôtel sans explications
