Wonderful! From arrival to checkout everyone was so helpful. The pool and cafe/breakfast area are very clean and relaxed. Room was beautifully light, with a lovely shower. Perfect in every way. The hotel is also ideally located in a quiet street minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. Train station approx 10mins at a slow place. 10/10.

Great hotel…but the pigeons!!

This is a lovely hotel, and all the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the pool was very nice. The food on offer is fairly limited and the only downside - and it is a big one - there are several pigeons which not only annoy everyone as they fly around the pool area, but they constantly came into the dining/bar area. On several occasions during breakfast the pigeons would walk into the bar area as people were eating breakfast, and on more than one occasion I saw a pigeon fly onto the bar and peck away at food which formed part of the buffet breakfast laid out waiting for guests to eat. It’s a recipe for food poisoning, and often this was right in front of staff members who didn’t seem to appreciate the serious health risks this presents.

Fantastic get-away in Juan les Pins

Cosy and private hotel with a fantastic breakfast and extremely friendly and discreet personel. Nice pool with sunbeds, clean rooms on the small side and situated perfectly in Juan les Pins. A calm oasis if you are looking for some peace and quite.

Lovely hotel in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool area and breakfast each day. Bed was large annd comfortable however the room was quite small. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is available on premises but it is a tight squeeze to get into some spots. We hired stand up electric scooters which were a lot of fun to get around and see the area including Cannes.

This is convenient for Juan les pins but the main town is a long walk. Also the hotel has a very cheap policy about towels you have to give them a coupon and return it so you’re not charged €50. You can’t take towels to the beach which means you have to go buy one. The rooms have been updated but you can hear every sound in every other room. Room 205 the air conditioner is faulty and the room smells of mould, they were kind enough to move me but I feel it was bad they still rent out a room that could cause health issues. I would not stay here again
