Owner’s son operates the hotel and is so nice and helpful. Gave us restaurant recommendations that were great. When we needed to leave before breakfast, he got up early to make us coffee and provided us with boxed lunch. Very happy with our stay at Maidith Galapagos Inn!

Highly recommend this place... I just had a wonderful stay at Maidith Inn in Santa Cruz. Juna Carlos (the owner) was so helpful with planning tours & recommendations in the area. The place is in a great location, short walk to the main street with lots of shopping/ restaurants etc. Very clean property & a huge breakfast included every morning. I will def. stay here again! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Maidith Galapagos Inn. Hotel was spotless, room had comfortable beds, lots of space, a large dresser and daily breakfast was excellent. The owner/manager, Juan Carlos, gave great information and recommendations for tours and restaurants. He helped with bookings and saved us time and money on both tours. Lourdes was a wonderful cook and maid with a welcoming smile. Will recommend to friends and plan to return again.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. All the spaces were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated.. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices! It was a great start to the day. Breakfast smiles and laughs. Juan Carlos the general manager and true gentleman took the time to give us good information on everything from tours to restaurants. We had an amazing stay at Maidith Galapagos in Puerto Ayora! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The host was outstanding—incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with arranging tours, cabs, and sharing great local recommendations. Our room was beautiful, well-appointed, and kept spotless thanks to the exceptional maid service. One of the highlights of our stay was the included breakfast—10 out of 10! Each morning featured a delicious, different hot meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from the center of town, close enough to everything while still feeling peaceful and quiet. The hotel itself is charming, with lovely design touches and a small pool in the courtyard that adds a relaxing, tropical vibe. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santa Cruz! It truly made our Galápagos experience even more memorable

Fantastic experience at Maidith Inn! We loved how quaint and charming the hotel was. Our room was spotless and comfortable for 4 of us (a couple with a kid travelling with another adult friend). Appreciated the freshly cooked breakfasts, and Juan Carlos was exceptionally helpful. When we arrived, he helped us get our bearings of the town, recommended restaurants other guests enjoyed, and made himself completely available to help with our stay. He also helped us arrange tours -- everyone in the Galapagos seems to work exceedingly hard to make guest experiences great. We felt completely safe and entrusted Juan Carlos to handle cash payments on our behalf for tours. We enjoyed cooling off in the evenings in the small outdoor shower and pool. The hotel is in a quiet area but completely walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend, wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!
