The hotel overall was very nice. Very impressive lobby, nice fresh bedroom and bathroom, good breakfast selection and always filled, despite the big amount of people. What it did lack in, though, was the small details, which I personally find make a huge difference to the overall experience. A tissue box, body lotion, pen and paper and an iron in the rooms, and bathrobes available upon request. All things I felt I needed at one point during my visit, but that were missing. Also…the closet is just ridiculous. It’s a tiny cage that fits 3 hangers and is very annoying to take things in and out of.

Fint hotell. Men lite feedback. Hade varit bra med info att lekrum o bio endast är öppet helger. Städningen var inte så välorganiserad - ibland städades det inte alls, ibland kom de kl 18 och skulle byta lakan när vi kommit till rummet efter en lång dag. Fast vi hade familjerum fanns det ingen förvaring alls på rummet för kläder förutom ca 4 galgar. Annars trevligt och mysigt! Frukosten var otroligt bra och kändes fräsch trots att det var väldigt mycket folk!
