Excellent customer service. The front desk clerk was very accommodating with helping us store our luggage. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The only negative is that the elevator was broken, so we had to walk up the flight of stairs with luggage, but the staff offered to help, so it was not a problem.

The Location is tucked away in a quiet street, and an easy walking distance in both directions to great Paris locations!
