Great Stay

It was a very nice hotel. Convenience of staying right across the beach was super nice. Hotel was clan, had room service, staff was friendly. This is the only place I will be staying at from now on when I come to Santa Cruz.

This hotel is in a great location right across the street from the beach. The Boardwalk is steps away. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. The only downside was the parking. It was a little tight. Overall we had a great experience

Nice hotel, great location, bedding is too soft.

My double queen room was renovated. The beds/pillows were too soft and there was contruction across street but the noise wasn't too bad. The parking on the ground level is very tight. I liked the location and convenience of the hotel the most.

We pre-registered so it made checking in much easier. We got to the hotel about 11:30am. Our room wasn't ready yet but they let us park on the premises. We ate lunch and walked around the pier. Shortly after we went back to see if the room was ready yet and we were able to check in. There was a new hotel under construction next door so it did get a bit noisy at times. The location was great. The staff was friendly and we had an incredible stay.

The front desk I think her name was Jessica( I hope) was very friendly and welcoming at check-in. The room was awesome. We had the corner balcony and the view of the beach! The room was awesome. The only thing I would change is the placement of the bathroom mirror. Its got this beautiful design on it but I think it should be on the other side. Other than that we will be staying again!
