Lovely short stay. Everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Room and hotel overall was very clean. The upgrade was a surprise and very much appreciated, thank you. Lovely position, close to Kings Cross and the underground. Nice set back position. Loved the view of the park and the tennis courts. Although central London, was calm enough at night to have a good night's sleep.

My second single room was so tiny that I could barely maneuver around my suitcase and the shower was so tiny that it was difficult to use at all.
