The room was way too hot. Unable to cool the room even with the window open. The temperature was around 28 to 31 degrees. We had to open the door to the hallway to cool down. I called the front desk and was told there's no AC in the winter and to leave the thermostat off. The shower temperature was also too sensitive.

It took an hour to check in even though it was a weekday. So much of chlorine smell gave me a headache. Except these, a beautiful hotel. 평일인데 체크인 한시간 넘게 걸림. 수영장염소냄새 심함. 세련된 인테리어, 직원들 친절함, 경치 좋음.

I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were very nice. But that’s it. Hotel doesn’t allow guests to use amenities once in a day. I’ve never heard of anything like this. Outdoor pool is nice but indoor is very average.
