Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time here after the worst experience ever at another hotel down the street (Sonesta). All the staff were so kind and the room was great. I'm never going on vacation and not booking a W Hotel again.

It’s always a pleasure staying at the W! The room was incredible, exceeded my expectations! Property overall is great. I love staying near the beach and everything you need is accessible. Nightlife shopping food etc.

Great Location & Pool Area!

The location was perfect for walking to other restaurants and shopping. The pool area was perfect and had great customer service.

Not what it used to be…

Stayed at the W probably a dozen times over the years. Disappointed this time. Service, cleanliness has gone down. Was greeted by a 60.00 a night valet charge. Had to unload my own luggage and take it up myself. Check in person was mildly friendly. Told him it was our anniversary and he barely acknowledged it. Elevator floors were dirty. Room was very nice and clean. Gym equipment was avg. they had two treadmills not working, cables broken on a machine and the floors were coming up. Overall lack of maintenance. For the price u pay not worth it anymore. Going to explore other options on the beach going forward.
