The front desk staff is very courteous. Our room wasn't cleaned on the last day of our stay, so the pet fee was waived. The lobby is clean and nice, but the rooms are in need of updating. Continental breakfast is decent, but the coffee is not good and napkins were not provided.

The lobby and hotel bathroom was very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The first room smelled like cat urine so badly we could hardly walk into it. The second room smelled like stale cigarettes but tolerable, could have definitely used better housekeeping. Again, thankfully the staff was accommodating but we will not be back.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Pretty much this is just a cheap place to stay in with a bed. The workers were friendly. There wasn’t a hair dryer in my room and when I called to the front, they brought me one within 10 minutes. The room, well, the sink was being held up with a couple pieces of 2x4s. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. The AC, you could see outside with the cracks in it. No bugs at least! Overall, I’d say it was their version of clean. We didn’t hang out in the hotel, nor would we. Simply went there to sleep. Would not recommend if you were trying to have a romantic type getaway. The room it’s purpose for us though. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.

We booked this hotel as it was affordable and a 15-min drive from Newport on the Levee. All the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Lobby area is large and open. Room was clean and comfortable, and the first hotel I've stayed in that offered Dove soap products instead of the usual cheap stuff that leaves your hands feeling weird afterwards. Something to note though is that there is no elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, you'll want to request a room on the main floor. Overall, zero complaints and we will definitely stay here again!
