An honest review of Fairways and Bluewater

We stayed for 3 nights. The standard of the room was amazing, the service of the staff was impeccable. It made me wonder why it isn't a five star hotel as it has a wide range of amenities for all age ranges. Will definitely stay there again in my next visit to Boracay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairways! The resort is on a huge piece of land, but there are free shuttle buses taking you where you want to go (the private beach, a different pool area etc..) The staff was very friendly and attentive - and the rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast could be better however, there was a plenty of choice - but just did not always taste so great.

The strength of this resort are their staff, warm and professional , the transportation and their beach and golf facilities. Their breakfast in terms of the food taste and quality and the area was a let down. The resort had just too many guest to be accomodated by the place alloted. I had a truly wonderful stay at Fairways Resort. The entire experience was great — all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The private beach and pools were absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt very fresh throughout the stay. One thing to note is that the resort is quite large, so you’ll often need to take a shuttle to get around. Depending on the time of day, there can be a bit of a wait. Also, breakfast can get quite crowded — even by 6:30 AM, there was already a line forming. Despite those minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. The overall experience was so positive, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Improve your breakfast menu.

Our stay was fine. The town was far from the resort. If you're a golfer it would be the perfect place to stay. Breakfast was terrible. The resort could spend a little more money on breakfast to make your guests be happy

Large resort with attentive staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were very attentive. Hotel was on a large resort which offered many amenities. Regular shuttle service around the resort. The room was clean and spacious. The only down side we experienced was breakfast. We were very surprised there was only one area for such a large complex. Each morning was very chaotic, loud, busy and noisy even at the advertised quiet times. It would be good if management could look at doing this differently or perhaps have more than one area for breakfast spending where your room was located. Coffee is a big priority for me and after tasting the one served at breakfast I soon realised I would have to pay in the main cafe for a decent brew.
