The room was nice and very clean. However, the property is under construction and very noisy so hard to settle in for a good rest and relaxation during the day.
Also, upon arrival, we felt the staff could have greeted us in a more professional and welcoming manner, at least come out the office, show us around, and express some sense of appreciation for choosing to stay at their property. There is many ways to communicate and face-to-face greetings and presentation goes a long ways towards customer service and retention. All-in-all, it was a new experience for us.
