Lovely hotel in a perfect location for walking into York and being able to leave the car at the hotel. Shower was leaking quite badly and had been for a while as the floor was black in parts due to this. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable

Excellent stay, great location, fabulous service and beautiful weather. Drinks in the courtyard in the sun was perfect! Would have got 5*all the way but the folding bed for our 3 year old did exactly that, folded all the time lol. It wasn’t a major issue as we moved the mattress to the floor. Sorted. Amazing hotel and staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in is as available early, room was super comfy, clean and equipped.
