We had a nice time. The location was great. Staff is great.The parking is not so good. VERY tight. For a long weekend I might would stay again. But if staying more than 3 days I would stay in something roomier and more comfortable.

The customer service was very good. The employees were very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is very run down and needs to be remodeled and updated. The room we stayed in did not look like the pictures on the website. The room was very small especially for a family of 4. The room was clean though so no complaints there.

Nightmare @ SugarSands

Room roof was moldy and actively leaking and had to sleep there for two night before moving to a new room. The new room had stopped up sinks and ac was not working then the room internet was out. Porch was awful from all the standing ac water mold and stunk.

My stay was wonderful, everything was great but the building is an older building, but as far as the amenities and stuff, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to travel on a budget. I would come back again to stay again, very clean, and the staff was very helpful.

There was water damage and it was very outdated. It was nice to be right on the beach but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.

I absolutely loved the room and the view, I was in room 212, the palm trees are in the way a little bits it was ok. Room was so clean!!! The only problems I seen was parking kinda sucks, the wooden steps that lead to the beach are RAGGADY! Please be careful walking up and down those stairs.

The hotel is on the beach, so it has a beautiful view. It's in a good location and the staff was kind. There was a kitchen, which was convenient. Our issue with cleanliness was due to a bug issue in our room. I reported it and they refunded the resort fee when we checked out. Not even sure why there was a resort fee.
