A 5 star stay for the price given! Went for a weekend event and everything about it was excellent! Was a little out of the way for the event but so was every other hotel at that price so that’s just how it’s gonna be! All of the staff were very friendly with each interaction (if you care about that kind of thing, which I don’t, but if you do they were very nice regardless)!

The hotel itself is old. It needs a lot of upgrading. The room was clean for what it was. We saw no bugs, and the staff was amazingly friendly. Outside at night can be a little sketchy.

Overall a decent room and stay. The property is a former Howard Johnson's, fairly tired in furnishing and decor, and wanting in renovation and updating. However, it is clean and convenient, and I'd stay again. The air conditioning wasn't working in the first room they gave me, but the nice lady at reception moved me immediately which I appreciated.

Overall our stay was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean with clean towels and sheets. However, there was some garbage and dust bunnies under the bed.The bed was quite squeaky but I slept alright. The hotel was mostly quiet and I appreciated that they were dog friendly at a more reasonable price than comparables. I would stay again.

Solid place to stay

Service and staff were amazing. Hotel could use some updates and when I got here the bedding needed to be changed. Comforter had a few stains on it but the staff were apologetic and fixed the issue right away. Overall location is good and stay was good.

It was a pleasure staying here, the staff was lovely, helpful and respectful. There must’ve been a ball tournament going on as there was a great deal of youth here, but it did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the only caveat was the refrigerator was a little too cold. It’s not a 5 star, but if you want a nice place to lay your head…and I won’t hesitate staying again when I’m in London.
