Vending machine had tap to pay, but did work. Rooms smelled musty. Friends room had mold in bathroom and around window, plus a giant roach visiting. Staff was friendly and efficient. Location is buried in the back behind a couple other hotels. It is right off the exit but when leaving in the morning there was bumper to bumper traffic to get back on the interstate. The hotel itself is outdated and felt sketchy. Room had no soap and zero amenities upon arrival. We had to go down to front desk to ask for some. Breakfast was decent. Too many other nearby options in same price range to stay there again.

We didn’t stay. We got to the Confort Inn & Suites on Monroe in Tallahassee and were told there was no reservation for us. Since then, we have been told we were at the wrong location. We had the address in the GPS and that it where we were. Panicked that we would not get a room on a big- game weekend, we were lucky enough to find a great room. We demand a refund from you!
