Very basic. Interior rooms are not updated at all, a bit shabby. Could not get water to get hot for a shower! This is maybe a $65/night hotel at best, and I paid $107 on a Friday night. But hotels in America are rediculously overpriced. Location is not bad. Not too far from Bentonville and off the highway so noise not bad. Working class type crowd stays there.

Very unsafe and gross

This is NOT A SAFE place to stay! The lobby feels like a jail check in. Drunk people, one man harassing my young daughter. People live here, not business people for long time stays but people who can’t stay anywhere else. It’s also gross. It reeks of cigarettes and chemicals. Our room door would not close. Our bed looked like a folding bed. We ended up not staying.
