Central

Convenient and comfortable. We had good communication prior to the visit.

It's a great location. Rooms are small and cramped. My main complaint is that they are listed as having parking. Closer inspection reveals off site parking. Then 2 days before arrival you get the details - on the road parking overnight only or a multi storey in the city centre with which they have no affiliation and would have cost me £100 for the duration of my conference. This forced me to book a last minute train. I messaged and got no response.

Excellent!

Great location, room is clean, check in and check out are very easy. Good choose for the backpacker.

Affordable and pleasant

One night stay. Don’t usually go for shared bathroom options but was well kept. Comfortable bed with thick firm pillows. Cold room on arrival but room warmed quickly on switching on wall heater.

Half marathon stopover

Stayed one night as we were running a half marathon the next morning. Disappointing that there was no late check out facility or anywhere to leave bags. But the room was clean and comfortable with kettle and hairdryer.

Central Cambridge location

Very central location, overlooking Parker’s Piece in Cambridge. Nearby parking in the multi storey was convenient and cheap. Room was clean and the ensuite was a ‘must have’ for us.
Gail, 1-night trip

Really nice big room with lovely bathroom. Staff were helpful when I lost my phone and were very responsive.
janine, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice overall. The property is clean, tidy, nicely designed and in a good location. One thing to bear in mind is the building is quite tall and narrow, with fairly steep stairs, which my elderly parents had a bit of trouble with. From what I recall, there wasn't an indication when booking of which floor we would be on. I think this would be helpful. We might have picked a different room. Other than that, a very nice stay.

Loved it was on the park and close to the Fitzwilliam Museum. You do not know your room number until you arrive - caused some stress.
val, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The bed was very nice, but the shower was low pressure, not very hot & kept on turning itself off 👎
Shem, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was much cheaper than the other options available so we didn't expect anything-- but it was worth the money and exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and it was quite cosy and we had a lovey time.
Kyoko, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Definitely an alright place for a night or two. Property is self service with easy access, close to city center and near many restaurants. A bit noisy at night as there is a pub next door. Tea/coffee in the room which is nice, but cups were dirty and kettle had a smell to it.
Nick, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Fantastic location but room pretty small and shower smelt of damp. Shower also not very strong. Bed was comfortable. Expected slightly better for the price but I guess you are paying to be in centre of town.
