We had to wait a long time to check in, there was a problem between Expedia and the hotel, but it was eventually resolved and we were accommodated. It was only an overnight, so didn't get to spend enough time to properly review. Lovely bed and bedding, super comfy and king-size everything! Very nice shower, complimentary toiletries, full breakfast spread, and easy access to the shops through the hotel!

A 2 nights stay without water during the day. The first day, after a long-hour trip we could not take a bath, wash hands and flush toilet. Terrible experiencie that was explained by the manager and apologized through a letter (for all guests). In the other hand, when asking to check-out at 1pm - 2 hours after the stabilished time the answer was "Stay at 12 and after that you pay 400 rands". The reception lady didn't at least take a look at the system if there was availability. Only the prompted business answer.

Worst experience of my life. The condition of the entire hotel was horrible. It looked so dodgy. The breakfast was terrible. So many options to choose from , but nothing tasted good at all. Our stay at this hotel was a complete waste of make y.
