The staff was wonderful but there were several problems with my room: issues with the WiFi, the coffee maker, the internal telephone, and I had no hot water until I complained. I would not stay there again because of these issues. I have lived in Buenos Aires and know there are systemic problems, but these were localized to the hotel. Despite that, the breakfast was great.

We stayed for 3 nights in March 2023. We chose it for the location and were very happy. The front desk staff were so helpful and always ready to give directions or suggestions. All spoke very good English. There was a nice breakfast each morning on the lower level. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bathroom was spacious--some minor wear and tear was visible, but overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend CasaSur in Recoleta.

Lovely staff. Very helpful and bilingual, or more, for most part. Bedrooms small. Chairs used throughout facility very uncomfortable and don’t fit under table in bedrooms, making it harder to navigate room. Breakfast very good with good variety of sweet and salty options. Location excellent although Avenida Callao is very busy at all hours so earplugs for sleep are a must.

Overall, this premuim boutique property is the best value compared to luxury brands like Sofitel and Hyatt (where I also stayed). The pros: the premium quality has a lux-feel with contemporary decor, terrific location, excellent customer service, nice lobby area, breakfast is downstairs and included, and has a nice, high-quality range of foods. The room was very CLEAN. The bathroom has a bidet and shower, the room was also surprisingly quiet (we faced the street) with excellent blackout curtains. The cons: (I'm being nit-picky)The space is small and tight --but we were out all day--so it didn't matter too much. They are also a little too tight with how many towels they allocate to the room. I didn't ask if I could have more and I'm sure they would have given them if I had asked... Of all the hotels, based on price for value, I would highly recommend this property above the others where we stayed.

The location is amazing. So safe recoleta is so beautiful and there’s so much to do. The hotel is great for sleeping and being in and out of the area of the actual hotel it’s small so if you plan on being there all day it’s not really like a great place to hang out. Some negatives that I blame Expedia for I guess because the reception told me it wasn’t guaranteed was getting a room upgrade and receiving a free bottle of wine. Also when we were there the spa was closed for two days. To make up for it they gave us two free water bottles. Overall it was good maybe a little over priced that staying in a apartment. The breakfast was ok just small basic stuff you would get at a extended stay here in the states. Expedia told me I was a gold member so I got all these perks I showed the receptionist this and they stayed that wasn’t true because it wasn’t available. So I would give this place 3.4 stars because it’s only a 4 star hotel.
