Checking in was effortless, room clean and comfortable. Spoke with reception about getting an extra duvet and this was sorted before I finished my drink in the restaurant. Can’t fault the hotel or staff, definitely recommend!

Staff friendly and cheerful. Rooms clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. Meals good. Only let down was breakfast. Food good but was not replenished quickly enough. Waiting around for various hot item, sausage, bacon etc. Also kept running out of cups.

Excellent staff and cleanliness

The staff at the hotel from the staff on the welcome desk to those in the kitchen to the cleaners, all were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. As a result the room was spotlessly clean and breakfast lovely. The only thing that let the hotel down was the fact that it needed refurbishment, such as lots of tiles cracked in the bathroom, and threadbare duvet cover. It just looked generally uncared for despite being so clean.

Liverpool visit

On arrival at Reception Kelvin (I think?) was most helpful as we discussed our visit to Liverpool. Offering excellent advice on travelling and parking options in the city. Our room was clean and the outside corridors were pleasantly fragrant. The beds were very comfortable.

Staff were friendly and that’s about it’s got going for it! The room was awful, mould on the window sill and curtains, it’s a health hazard! There was also blood on the curtain, it’s disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend

It's a nice place to stay

Staff was very nice and helpful I had a little issue with the sofa bed not having any sheets or quilt so went the front desk and spoke to staff and the manager came up personally and offered to set the sofa bed up he also apologised which was very nice of him he said if there was anything else to ask at the front desk. The place is a nice place just needs a little work done to it as my tap in bathroom was wobbly and the carpet was a little bit dirty with stain apart from the the stay was nice.
