Check in was a breeze and room was really nice with a nice view from ground floor. Room was clean although we did have a hiccup with one of the beds and the bedding which was handled immediately after calling the front desk. Housekeeping manager did call the next day to address our concerns and the situation was handled very well. We would not hesitate to book a stay again.

Check in was good, young woman was very pleasant. Suite was very clean. Mtn view was beautiful. Amenities - would be nice to have an extra dish towel. And $ store corkscrew & can opener are such poor quality - barely usable. Hot tubs and pool area are very nice. Unfortunately for us, there must have been hockey tournaments that weekend. Pool and tubs were packed like sardines both evenings. The rainhead shower isn't great for women who don't want to wash their hair:-( Overall, very good. A few things could make it great!
