This hotel have great staff at the counter and super location. The bad part is limited breakfast options and very badly designed room. The toilet and bathrooms have frosted glass walls.. If you like privacy and dont want others to hear all noises when u go to the toilet, the this is not a good hotel for you. Also water was leaking from the bathroom out on the floor outside. The sink to wash hands is places outside the batroom/toilet.. It is plenty of space to build a nice and practical bathroom/toilet. The designer should be fired.. But again, the location and the staff at the counter/reception was great.

Great stay, excellent service

Spacious and comfortable hotel in an ideal location that's right on the border of Old City. But the service is what really stands out. When I stubbed my toe and asked for a band-aid, the man at the front desk got out the first-aid kit, tended to my cut and dressed up my wound! You can see how they really care for the comfort and safety of their guests.
