The room was warm, comforatble and completely clean. The cleaners were excellent. Loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and biscuits/crips. James was exceptionally helpful when I asked about the fridge and dinner. Parking was plentiful and easy. I didn't eat there but there is a supermarket open till 10PM and a KFC a couple of minutes walk away. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks.

There were times when bar and catering areas could do with additional help during busy periods. Especially as this festive period progresses.
