Overall a great stay. Shower head was hand held only as the holder for broken and pillows were hard and 4 feet long…oddly uncomfortable to sleep with. Get the breakfast buffet…well worth it.

Excellent city centre hotel

Lovely, old style Spanish hotel. All marble and wide corridors. Huge rooms with a table and two chairs made all the difference. Also the on site Café was a real bonus. Parking garage was excellent and decent value. WiFi OK. Courteous and engaging staff

noisy, noisy, noisy

everybod is shouting, yelling, shouting, yelling. so much voice, so so much voice, everybody, staff people. especially staff. this is a hotel and you HAVE to be quiet. very much noise everywhere. I tried to warn but second problem is: nobody knows english. actually nobody. think about a hotel, its name is Hotel EUROPA but nobody knows english. I didnt understand. last day I found a guy knows english, told my problem and thanks to him he didnt take the parking fee as an apologize. But you need to educate your staff about quiteness. Actually in all spain I was like that "please, por favor, be quiet" so much noisy, so so much

Sinceramente un desastre de hotel, todo muy antiguo, frío, la calefacción es central y funciona regular, sin bombillas en algunas lámparas de la habitación, los enchufes no funcionan, televisión super pequeña,ruido infernal del ascensor en la habitación, y para poner la guinda , no salía agua caliente por la mañana, no me pude duchar. No volveré.

Al llegar al hotel no encuentran mi reserva, y desaires de buscar la chica de recepción la encuentra pero me dice que no está hecha, menos mal que quedaba una habitación y me han hecho la reserva en ese momento

Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket charm med bra läge i staden. Ca 10 minuters promenad från tågstationen och 12 minuters promenad från busstationen.

Todo muy bien, pero las habitaciones no son nada silenciosas, se oye hablar a las personas de las habitaciones contiguas, tv, lavabos,... muy mal en ese aspecto para poder descansar. El resto muy bien, personal muy atento y amable, desayuno bastante completo, garaje muy amplio

Im Zimner zur Strasse ist der Verkehrslärm sehr laut, die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, Abendessen gibt es erst ab 20:30. Wichtig wäre bei allen Hotels die genauen Parkgebühren/Tag bei der Buchung schon anzugeben (z.B. 12€/Tag).

Bien situado y limpio. Personal muy amable. Pueden mejorar los escalones que existen para acceder a las habitaciones y al ascensor. Hay una escalera preparada para silla de ruedas pero no sirve cuando tienes otras dificultades de movilidad.
