Uma semana no hotel, foi ótimo

Foi boa!! As avaliações assustam mas vale muito a pena, a piscina eu nao fiquei muito mas no geral gostei, ótimo atendimento, o serviço de quarto funcional perfeitamente, só a tv que era um pouco ruim mas não afeta em nada, tinha frigobar, a cama confortável. O Café da manhã foi bem servido. Gostei bastante. Vão para o terraço a vista pro por do sol é linda e pertinho do farol da barra, fui todos os dias que estive. Salvador é maravilhosaaa

Experiência pessima

Já fiquei outras vezes, mas a cada vez o serviço está pior. Um elevador quebrado, o outro demorava demais. Colchão ruim, banheiro fedia a esgoto q espalhava o cheiro pro quarto, banheiro cheio de mosquitos, uma porta q ligava ao outro quarto q ficou com a tv ligada alta a noite toda, telefone da recepção não funciona, café da manhã lotado sem lugar pra sentar. Não tinha garfo e faca, mto tempo esperando. Reposição do café mto demorada. Única coisa boa foi o lanche q comi na piscina.

Pessimo hotel

Pessimo, se arrependimento matasse estava já há 7 palmos de baixo da terra. As fotos enganam muito, o quarto estava completamente diferente. Quadro torto, envergado, TV não funcionava nenhum canal, iluminação pessima, banheiro não tinha box e quando alguém tomava banho molhava o banheiro todo. Pedimos um Rodo e não disponibilizaram. Toalhas sujas e fedidas, não tinham toalhas reservas. Serviço de quarto não passava diariamente, a recepção informou que apenas passava a cada 2 dias. Horrível!!! Tenho vídeos

Localização com certeza a melhor de Salvador, o pessoal do hotel são 1000% agora a estrutura está em péssimas condição, Elevador batendo e parando nos andar e precisa sair e seguir de escada, cerca de 30 minutos para conseguiu um elevador, os ar condicionados em péssimo estado. Café muito bom, atendimento excelente.

HOTEL EM DECADÊNCIA TOTAL

Tenho varios pontos a destacar. Me hospedei no apartamento 618, um quarto conjugado com uma.porta que nao estava 100% segura, ainda tinha um arame na maçaneta. O piso do banheiro com pisos rachados e a descarga sem a tampa, um pino para apertar. O quarto com cheiro de mofo e com uma parede com um remendo onde teve infiltração. Piso do quarto solto. E para completar, quando fui deitar e tirei o lencol de cima, o de baixo tinha dois pingos de sangue ja seco, parecia ter muito tempo e ja fazer oarte do lençol. O hotel tem 2 elevadores mas so um funciona, e nao e de hoje, o hotel tem 10 andares com muitos apartamentos e o elevador só cabem 6 pessoas por vez. Café da manhã achei fraco.
