Meh. We spent the last two nights in CR here with our three boys. They loved the pools and the all inclusive option. The food was great. The reason for my three stars is this: when you pay this much to stay somewhere you don’t want to get up at 7am to save lounge chairs am I right? When I went out at 7:30am half of the chairs already had towels thrown on them and most people didn’t make their way down until hours later. Honestly, so not cool. The drinks are pretty weak, but the service poolside was awesome. (Special shoutout to Carlos). This resort a. Doesn’t capture the real magic of CR. b. Really isn’t worth the price tag.

The property is beautiful, the staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious. The room had a lovely view of the garden from the balcony and my children absolutely loved the pool. One downside: It is very secluded so it is a long drive to go one excursions.

This property was perfect for our family! The pool was great, restaurant options were delicious, and the beach was beautiful and convenient. We watched beautiful sunsets and had a very relaxing time. There were activities available throughout the day like mixology classes, cooking classes, yoga, bike rides, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Shower space very small, to open the water you will get wet, can’t try it with extended hand. Breakfast buffet underwhelming, limited, no self-service of coffee/capuccino. Omeletes made to order in only one station and they are small. ‘Ocean View’ is not such, with many obstacles on the line of sight and far. No luggage rack in the room. AC control very limited on temperature selection. People are nice, so is the area surrounding it.

Beautiful property and amazing amenities. Truly a luxury experience that matches the price tag. It was great to stay here for 2 nights and relax. The beach and pool were fantastic, as was all the food we tried. Their restaurants are phenomenal. However, we only did 2 nights because there isn’t much else to do. A great little reprieve from the adventures of Costa Rica.
