It is my first time to give a unpleasant comment to any of the hotels I stayed before… the hotel room is super old… and the pillow cover is not so clean, even yellow… and the beds, table are full of small ants…and one thing really don't understand, when I arrived in the hotel, they asked you to do a online precheck-in, normally the precheck supposed to help you save time, but here and it is the only hotel after the precheck you still need to be in line for another normal check in, and they asked you again fpr everything… so what is the point?

This property is located in a secluded area of the Stella Maris beach where walking is not really ideal especially if you are alone. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Although I chose the “luxury” room, the bedroom was very modest but offered a very comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some renovation as there was noticeable mold and the sink seemed clogged. The A/C worked great but leaked so much - I had to place a towel on the floor. The amenities were great, offered daily activities to kids and adults . “Tia Nutella” was super at entertainment and the pool was beautiful! I would stay again but wouldn’t pay the “extra” for the luxury room.

Fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados. Hotel limpo com instalações amplas e confortáveis. Apesar do curto período de estadia foi necessária uma troca de quarto, mas sempre para uma acomodação melhor. Na última noite tivemos problemas com muitos ruídos e conversas de corredor por conta de um evento estudantil. Contratei meia-pensão e o jantar era sempre muito variado e com opções para todos os gostos e eventualmente intelerâncias.

O local é muito bom e conta com uma ótima estrutura. O café da manhã é excelente e possui diversas programações, tanto para as crianças quanto para os adultos. Além disso, as vezes é possível avistar as baleias-jubarte de frente ao Gran Hotel. A observação fica no tocante ao banheiro, que poderiam fornecer um rodo porque a água fica acumula no box e deixar um tapete também.

Enquanto eu estava tomando banho o esgoto transbordou, os meus pés ficaram imersos na água, sai do box e me deparei com agua por todo banheiro e corredor do quarto. Liguei na recepção e me mudaram de quarto. Porém, o novo quarto estava com a fechadura quebrada, banheiro com cheiro forte de cachorro molhado, ou seja, a limpeza não foi boa e o chuveiro não saía água direito. Liguei novamente pra recepção e mudaram novamente de quarto. Nessas trocas de quarto, me deparei com uma barata no corredor e a parte de uma cama de solteiro encostada na parede. Sensação de desleixo total. O que gosto? Café da manhã bem diversificado e a piscina que é bem agradável.

Gosto muito desse hotel

O hotel é bonito e tem uma praia otima em frente. Os funcionários sao maravilhosos demais e os buffets de cafe da manhã e de jantar também sao excelentes. Quarto com camas confortaveis, mas o banheiro estava com dificuldade de escoar a agua do box. Como dessa vez fiquei so uma noite, nao reclamei porque nao queria mudar de quarto. Mas isso nao vai me fazer deixar de me hospedar nesse hotel porque ele tem inúmeros outros pontos positivos. Ja me hospedei varias vezes e voltarei. Estou citando esse problema que houve aqui so para ficarem maus atentos à manutencao dos banheiros.

Barata andando roupa de cama de trás da cabeceira

Não foi feito a limpeza do quarto antes da minha entrada. Precisamos arredar os móveis do quarto como camas e outros e o piso estava imundo, com papéis plásticos,cabelos e o pior tinha uma barata viva andando no lençol da cabeceira da minha cama.
